First impressions count so as the first point of contact, meeting and greeting clients and dealing with all service enquiries are paramount skills to ensure clients are satisfied and happy with the service they receive. Capable administration skills combined with PC Literacy are essential as you will be dealing with invoices.
An experienced professional, with automotive experience and knowledge of Kerridge, who can communicate well at all levels, is confident, articulate and totally customer focused are key skills.
