You will be responsible for a team of 4 Service Advisors, 10 Technicians as well as the Warranty and Service Administration function. You will be capable of motivating and managing large teams and you will have a working knowledge and understanding of department budgets. You will be target driven, able to deliver training and development and will understand the importance of delivering exceptional standards of quality with a proven track record within a similar role.
